How do I know that my order is processed?
When you order something on our site, you receive an e-mail with an overview of your order.

Delivery charge?
You pay for the postage ready, transport and delivery of your order delivery. These depend on the delivery address of your order

Can I decide on what date my order will be delivered?
Yes you can, if you enter your order our system ask you on what date you want your order to by delivered. Days on which we do not deliver (Sun and holidays) are not shown by our system.

On what time do we deliver your order?
Unfortunately we can not give exact time. The delivery time depends on the route of the delivery service. Normally all orders be delivered between 9.00 am and 17.00 pm.
If you prefer a certain time than you can use the comments box. (this is not sufficient to ensure that it succeeds).

I do not know the full delivery address can I still order?

Do I get a confermation of my order?
Yes, once the payment is well qualified you will get a confirmation of your order by e-mail. This confirmation contains the ordernumber of your order. If you have questions about your order mentions than this ordernumber

What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not at home we will tried to deliver your order with the neighbors. If it succeeds we will let a note in the mailbox, which will specify which neighbors the package was left behind. If it fails we also let a noye in the mailbox with the phone number of the delivery service. So that the receiver can make an appointment for a second delivery
